The Cushy Yearly Retreat
And it's good for your business too!
I have this plot brewing: to design a 3-day retreat that gives you new business skills, and at the same time is all about getting massages and soaking in hot springs and melting in the scent of aromatherapy treatments. Not to mention the gorgeous mountain views that you'll be able to see from your cozy comfy room. Oh, and the really great company you'll enjoy with your fellow entrepreneurial Clubhouse sisters.
I recently returned from a trip full of those kinds of "activities" and I have to say, there is nothing like a true get-away to bypass all the driven, over-work habits and remind you of what it is to be a human in a profoundly relaxed state.
But you know all this already. You may not necessarily live it, but you know it :0)
Now here's where the plot thickens: you'll be able to write this whole retreat off as a business expense and not only that, it will be a breeze to justify the cushy experience in your mind because you actually will be learning skills to better your business too. We'll begin and end each day with experiential training that helps you get to know the
four Thrive Principles inside and out, and better yet helps you recognize your own unique style with them. When it's time to head home, the art of walking in your business in way that not only thrives your business but supports a rich and satisfying personal life too will be much more second nature for you.
Sound good?
Well it's in the works. I don't have a date set yet, so I figured I'd give it a page on the website because that's one step closer to it being real. I'm scoping out locations and I've got my eyes on either New Mexico or Colorado at spas that are cush yet at the same time not break-the-bank expensive. I'm not sure when the first retreat will happen, but I've got my sights set on the summer of 2009. We'll see how it unfolds...
Stay tuned for more! If you want to be sure to get news about when I've set a date, then make sure to get on my email list by submitting your email address in the box at the upper left or by visiting the
free workbook page.
